It happens. Often when I head into our First Strategy Sessions we find out that organizations don't always know what sets them apart from the rest of their competitors...or they know what speaks to their local demographic but it conflicts with what HQ is asking of them.
If this is where you find yourself, you are not alone. What works for one office in one place, doesn't always work for another market.
